    • Strategically located in Thangadh with unparalleled connectivity to ports, railways, and the nearest airport to facilitate efficient logistics.

    • Equipped with the latest technologies meeting international standards, boasting a production capacity of approximately 1,600 pieces per day.

Our History & Milestones

The Astell Group of Companies has evolved through decades of strategic growth and diversification:

  • 1958: Established Shree Varia Tiles Works Co., initially focused on roof tiles.

  • 1986: Transitioned from roof tiles to sanitary ware, focusing primarily on the Indian market.

  • 1990: Initiated collaboration with export companies for market expansion.

  • 1997: Commenced direct global exports after gaining market confidence.

  • 2009: Established the second factory plant with the latest innovative machinery.

  • 2014: Founded Astell Impex (now Astell Group of Companies) for diversified product exports beyond sanitaryware.

  • 2017: Successfully acquired the fourth plant, significantly increasing production capacity.

  • 2018: Launched the third factory plant to enhance production capabilities.

  • 2021: Acquired two additional plants, marking substantial growth.

  • 2024–Present: Ongoing expansion and development, solidifying the Astell Group's position with multiple manufacturing businesses.
